Our 10-week program is designed to transform healthcare professionals into confident TV medical contributors.
Weekly Live Classes
Each week, participants will attend a live 2.5 hour class online. These sessions are led by Nurse Alice Benjamin with special guests that cover various topics essential for succeeding in the media landscape as a medical professional.
Online Portal Access
After each live class, the session will be uploaded to our exclusive online portal. Here, students can revisit the material at their own pace, ensuring they fully grasp each concept.
Comprehensive Learning Materials
Within the portal, students will find an array of resources to enhance their learning experience. This includes exercises to apply what they've learned, presentation decks to review key points, and supplemental class materials.
Interactive Learning Environment
Our program is designed to be interactive and engaging. Students will have the opportunity to participate in discussions, ask questions, and collaborate with their peers, fostering a dynamic learning atmosphere
MediaRX Community
Upon joining the program, students will be added to the MediaRX community. This exclusive network allows participants to connect, share experiences, and network with fellow students, further enriching their learning journey.
24/7 Access to Program Materials
Participants will have 12 months of unlimited access to the program materials and recordings, allowing them to review and refresh their knowledge even after the program has ended.

This course is designed for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and medical practitioners, who want to enhance their media presence and become effective health communicators.
The 10 week course has an estimated time commitment of 3-5 hours per week for class, assignments, and community interaction.
Class are every week on Wednesdays 4-6:30pm PST. Participants will also have assigned readings and videos to watch, personal brand work, and media assignments. Participants are also expected to actively participate in the online MediaRX community, contributing to discussions and responding to classmates’ posts.
No prior media experience is required. The course is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the necessary skills to navigate and thrive in the media, regardless of their starting level.
Upon completion, you will receive a MediaRX certificate of completion, all course materials and access to class recordings for one year. You will have gained the skills, confidence and industry insights to engage with the media as a healthcare expert.

You'll need a computer or tablet with internet access, a webcam, and a microphone for interactive sessions.
All Classes will be live streams every Wednesday from June 19th to August 21st, 2024 at 4pm PST/ 7pm EST. Once each class has been streamed, the students will have access to the recording on our MediaRX Portal.
